Terms of Service - Bot Commissions

1. Service Description

• I create custom automation bots for Path of Titans
• All bots are provided "as-is" without warranty
• Functionality may be affected by game updates

2. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before bot delivery (unless other terms are agreed upon by Bass)
• All sales are final
• Pricing will be agreed upon before work begins

3. Usage Rights & Limitations

• Bot is for personal use only
• Reselling or redistributing the bot is prohibited
• One bot license per customer
• You are responsible for using the bot in accordance with Path of Titans' terms of service

4. Liability

• I am not responsible for any account actions taken by Path of Titans
• Use of bots is at your own risk
• I do not guarantee the bot will work indefinitely due to game updates

5. Support & Updates

• Basic setup support included
• Minor bug fixes provided for 90 days after delivery
• Major game updates may require additional fees for bot updates

6. Termination

• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
• Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of support
